Hi, I’m James, a management and operations expert who specializes in helping businesses streamline operations, figure out new business opportunities and update their systems.

I grew up around a small business (it was a law firm) but when I entered the legal environment as lawyer myself, I noticed that many law firms had not evolved to utilize modern business practices and technology to leverage the best results for themselves and their firms. This was the same for many small businesses looking to grow.

This led me on a journey to grow our firm through data-based decision-making, technology, and systems that scale. It has since grown at an annual compound rate of 45% and are on our way to become one of the largest family law firms in the world.

In software, programers have the ability to be 10X engineers. I believe most businesses have the potential to 10X their effort through knowing where to look, and streamling systems that scale.
